Buy Land in 3 Easy Steps!

  1. Select a Property
    To buy a property, click "Reserve" and complete the checkout process. A required Document Fee of $199 will be applied during checkout. This fee covers all associated closing costs (contract preparation, notary fees, E-signing services, printing, mailing, and electronic deed recording with the county). The Reserve price is always applied towards the sale price.

  2. Sign Agreement
    We will prepare the Purchase Agreement / Contract For Deed and send it to your email within 48hrs. You can sign it electronically on your computer or phone. If paying in full, we will contact you to arrange for payment of the balance owed (typically via bank wire transfer).

  3. Enjoy Your New Land!
    We will record your deed electronically and/or setup your account with the financing payment method of your choice…auto debit from your checking account or Zelle, credit card, check, money order by mail. There is never a penalty for early payoff. You are always welcome to make a larger payment...or extra payments...or whatever works for you!

IMPORTANT! Once you pay the down payment and document fee for the property on the website, we will get to work on your contract. Within 48hrs we will send it to the email you provided via an electronic document signing service. You will be able to view and sign the contract online using your computer or phone. The contract must be signed within seven days. If it is not signed within seven days, the non-refundable down payment and document fee will be forfeited and the property will be put back on the market.
