How It Works

Buy Land in 3 Easy Steps!

1. Select a Property
   To reserve a property, complete the checkout and pay the associated Down Payment and $199 Document Fee.
   
   
2. Sign Agreement
   We will then prepare the Purchase Agreement / Contract For Deed and send it to your email within the next day or two. You can sign it electronically on your computer or phone. If paying in full, we will contact you to arrange for payment of the balance owed (typically via bank wire transfer).
   
   
3. Enjoy Your New Land!
   We will set up your account with the payment method of your choice…auto debit from your checking account or credit/debit card or check or money order by mail. There is never any penalty for early payoff. You are always welcome to make a larger payment...or extra payments...or whatever works for you!
